ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING: 

Orders are shipped from our Iowa and Minnesota fulfillment centers within 1-3 business days, Monday – Friday. Most orders placed before 2pm CST Monday – Friday will be shipped the same day. All orders placed after 2pm CST on Fridays will be fulfilled and shipped on the following Monday.

A slight delay during limited-time product releases and during site-wide sales (such as Black Friday) due to significant short-term increase in demand and during certain holidays as our employees get a few extra days off to spend with those they love. Thank you in advance for your understanding. 

An email confirmation will be sent once your order is received. Another email will be sent when your order has been fulfilled and will include the tracking information associated with your order.  If you are in need of additional information regarding the whereabouts of your package, you can reach us via email at hello@buythehappycan.com.

Because The Happy Can products contain THC and CBD, customer will be required to upload a valid US ID to verify you are over 21 years old. A signature of a person 21 years of age may be required upon delivery.

PO Boxes

We cannot ship any orders to PO boxes. Any orders with a PO box as your shipping address will result in delays or cancellation of your order. If a PO Box is provided as a shipping address, Customer Support may contact you to request an alternate shipping address. The Company reserves the right to contact you or to unilaterally cancel the order at the Company’s sole discretion.

Tracking

Due to consolidation efforts and the utilization of multiple carriers to find an efficient and cost-friendly approach to shipping our products to you, you may receive multiple tracking numbers as your shipment may be separated among different carriers. State Restrictions

Currently we only ship domestically within the United States where allowed.

The Happy Can ships to most states in the U.S. However, due to current regulations, we are unable to ship to the following states:

AK, HI, ID, MT, VA, UT, CO and IA for select skus.

As the regulations and compliance factors of the sector change, we reserve the right to modify this policy from time to time and will mark new versions with a corresponding effective date. We recommend you visit the Returns, Cancellations and Shipping Policy page on this website frequently to review any changes in our practices. Your continued purchase from the Company website constitute your agreement to our then-current Returns, Cancellations and Shipping Policy.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of receiving confirmation of receipt of your order for a full refund. Any order that has been shipped and/or marked as fulfilled will not be able to be canceled regardless of whether the cancellation request has been provided within 24 hours of the order confirmation.

Refund, Exchanges or Returns 

We do not accept any refunds, exchanges, or returns. All sales are final. Items returned will not be accepted for credit for any reason.

In the event of ordering incorrectly, please contact Customer Support at hello@buythehappycan.com immediately to resolve any issues. The Company reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, if changes to incorrect orders can be made. 

Once your order has been shipped and marked fulfilled, no changes can be made at that point in time for any reason.

Replacement

If an order arrives incorrectly and the ordered product is not as described, you must notify Customer Support within 14 days of the receipt of your shipment with your order confirmation number, images of items received, and the issues you’re experiencing. Upon review, if we determine the items are damaged, the order is missing items or the order contains incorrect items from your original order, we will send replacement items subject to the Order Processing provisions above.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

Shipping Rates: Depending on the category of the product, shipping methods may vary between services from the United States Postal Service (“USPS”) and United Parcel Service (“UPS”). We generally ship via the United States Postal Service. Orders over $75 are eligible for free shipping and will automatically be applied at checkout. No discount code is required for orders eligible for free shipping. If issues arise at checkout please email hello@buythehappycan.com.
